All these health blogs I’m following are supposed to be inspiring me and helping me get back on track.
Yet all I am feeling looking at these is worse.
I’m missing the point I guess.

I am NOT OKAY with pro-ana blogs.
I only will follow blogs that support a HEALTHY eating and exercise plan.
Why would people be okay with a temporary fix when it makes you feel like utter shit and can make you sick….when you can make a lifestyle change and feel a million times more amazing?
Just a thought.
